Amer Picon - The nose is imaginative, dark, splendid for courage: gentian, a thousand alpine herbs, nutmeg, endless cinchona. All with the fleshy and rich aromas of oranges as a backdrop. Good variety, excellent cleanliness and little propensity for caramel. On the palate it flows gracefully, alternating appropriately bitter flavors of gentian, rhubarb and liquorice with more velvety tones. Spices add spicy notes. The mind emerges delicate, almost camphor tones, due to alpine herbs. The structure is good, it oscillates between sweet and bitter without ever becoming sugary. The flavors of oranges, citrus jam and burnt sugar follow each other very naturally. Amazing persistence and great aromatic cleanliness. Rare nowadays.
