Produced in the Black Friars distillery, this gin is distilled using less juniper and a higher percentage of other botanicals (lots of roots) than London Dry. While the term London Dry evokes a particular style of Gin, the Plymouth style instead characterizes all the production that takes place in the surroundings of the English port city of the same name.
