La Hechicera - A naturally 'unpolished' rum, meaning it has not been rounded off with additives or sugar, its smoothness and flavor are the result of the noble wood in which it is aged. The flavor profile is exactly what we expect rum to be; deep woodiness with characteristic notes of Colombian things; on the nose a heady scent of caramel and orange peel followed by a bold explosion of flavor on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee. The finish is crisp and smooth.
