Ledaig 10y – Sweet briny smokiness on the nose with distinct island character and playful notes suggesting mild antiseptics, creosote, wax polish, mint chocolate and floral sea aromas. Soft peat, delicate smoke. On the palate, tantalizing, medicinal flavors infused with enticing sparks of spicy pepper and dried fruit with a rich peaty smoke and velvety vanilla and malted creaminess. The finish releases a wonderful union of sublimely spicy white pepper, the vibrant sweetness of liquorice and a clove kick with an exquisite lingering savouriness.
